البطولة العربية للياقة البدنية ليست مجرد بطولة بل هي جزء من خطة و رؤية مخصصة حصرياً للرياضيين العرب من جميع الأعمار والمستويات
‎مهمتنا ليست مجرد التعرف على أفضل اللاعبين العرب في جميع الفئات العمرية، بل أيضًا مواصلة ما بدأناه قبل 11 عامًا من تطوير رياضة اللياقة البدنية و تشجيع أكبر قدر ممكن من المجتمع العربي من جميع المستويات البدنية و الأعمار
‎نرغب في إنشاء موسم بديل حصري للرياضيين العرب بعيدًا عن موسم الكروسفيت الرسمي ، مع توفير تجربة فريدة و مميزة

ELFIT Arab Championship goes beyond being a fitness competition; it represents a powerful fitness movement designed exclusively for Arab athletes of all ages and fitness levels.
It stands as the largest gathering for the Arab fitness community! Our mission is not only to recognize the best Arab athletes across all age groups but also continue what we started 11 years ago by promoting fitness and encourage everyone to be part of it.
We want to establish an alternative season exclusively for the Arab athletes and community away from the CrossFit Games season, with a unique and different experience.

Athlete begins behind the Rower. Upon the call of “3, 2, 1 … go,” the athlete gets into the rower and starts by
rowing 20/16 calories (counting up). Upon completing the calorie requirement, transition to execute 12 Single Arm
Hang Dumbbell Snatches in Each Hand. Once the Hang Dumbbell Snatches are completed, return to the Rower
station for 8 Double hop Burpees over Rower.
The Athlete will complete this sequence for 16minutes. The athletes score will be the total number of repetitions
completed before the 16-minute time cap.

Prior to starting, set up the floor plan as shown below. The workout begins with the medicine ball on the ground and athlete
standing tall behind it.

At the call of “3, 2, 1 … go,” Grab the Med ball and perform 50 Wall Balls, Upon completing the wall balls , perform 40 Toes to
bar Facing the camera. Upon the completion of the Toes to Bar, get into the Plyo Box for 30 Box Jumps over the box. Once
the Box Jumps Over are completed, perform 20 Clean & Jerks. The Athlete will complete this sequence for 7 minutes.
Your First Score (Part A) will be the total number of repetitions completed before the 7-minute time cap.
Part B begins immediately upon the completion of Part A (at the 7:00 time). Athletes will have 5 minutes to find their 1 Rep
Max Clean, performed any way. Athletes MUST use the same barbell used in Part A. Athletes are allowed to have someone
help load weights.
Your score for Part B will be the load of your heaviest completed Rep. in KG.
In the event of a tie, the tie breaker will be your score from Part A.

Prior to the start of the workout, athletes need to measure and tape the handstand push-ups line at 25cm away from the
wall and exactly 76cm long.
This workout begins with the athlete behind the pull-up bar. After the call of “3, 2, 1 … go,” the athlete will perform 16/12
chest to bar pull-ups, then 14/10 strict handstand Pushups, followed by 10 Deadlifts. The athlete will repeat this Triplet
for 3 Rounds.
Athlete must add the next deadlift weight by him/herself, then directly starts another THREE Rounds of 9/6 Bar Muscle
Ups, then 8m Handstand walk divided into Two 4-meter UNBROKEN segments for the MALES AND 6m Handstand
walk divided two 3 Meter Segments for the FEMALES, finishing by 7 Deadlifts in the new added Weight before the
Time Cap of 13 MINS.
The athlete score will be the total time it takes to complete the workout, or the total number of repetitions completed
before the 13-minute time cap.
