ELFIT Rookies offers a unique opportunity for beginners to experience the thrill of a fitness competition.The event is specifically designed to accommodate individuals who have been practicing CrossFit for a few months to a few years but have not yet reached the Rx level for most workouts. ELFIT Rookies ensures that athletes can engage in the competition while still pushing their limits and achieving personal milestones.ELFIT Rookies places a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration among athletes. Participants work together as a team, supporting and motivating each other throughout the event. The challenges and workouts are designed to encourage effective communication, coordination, and synchronization among team members.
