Welcome to ELFIT Reebok 2018

The Third Individual Qualifier “EQ18.3” for the M/F16+ & M/F35+ divisions is:

 

In a 20-minutes time Cap Complete

10 Rounds:

15/10 Cal. Row

10 Chest 2 Bar

5 Overhead Squats (60/40 kgs)

In the remaining time Complete AMRAP:

15/10 Cal. row

10 Overhead Squats (45/35 kgs)

5 Bar Muscle-ups

This workout begins with the athlete standing tall and not touching any equipment, the Rig, Rower and a loaded barbell are in full view.

At the call of “3-2-1 … go,” the athlete will sit on the rower and start pulling 15/10 Calories before moving to the pull up bar and preforming 10 Chest to bar Pull Ups followed by 5 Overhead Squats, the Athlete will continue following this pattern until they finish 10 rounds. if the athlete completes the 10 rounds before the 20-mintue cap, he or she will use the remaining time to complete as many reps as possible of: 15/10 Calories Rows followed by 10 Overhead Squats and 5 Bar Muscle-ups .

For this workout the athlete’s score the total number of Reps completed within the 20-minute time cap.

  • Bar Total Weight: 60/40 KGs (135/90 lbs) (The first 10 rounds)
  • Bar Total Weight: 45/35 KGs (100/75 lbs) (The AMRAP after the 10 Rounds)

AMRAP 20 Minutes:

15/10 Cal. Row

10 Pullups / Jumping Pull Ups

5 Overhead Squats

 

 

 

This workout begins with the athlete standing tall and not touching any equipment, the Rig, Rower and a loaded barbell are in full view.

At the call of “3-2-1 … go,” the athlete will sit on the rower and start pulling 15/10 Calories before moving to the pull up bar and preforming 10 Pullups / Jumping Pull Ups followed by 5 Overhead Squats, Athletes will continue following this pattern for as many reps as possible within the 20 minutes time cap.

 A)For Time: 12-minute Cap

200 Double Unders

30 Toes To Bar

30 Barbell Front Rack Lunges

30 Burpees Facing Bar

B) In remaining time find 1RM of the following complex

1 Squat clean + 1 Hang squat clean + 1 Split jerk

 

This workout begins with the athlete standing tall and not touching any equipment, rig and a loaded barbell are in full view.

At the call of “3-2-1 … go,” the athlete will pick up the rope and perform 200 Double unders before moving to the pull up bar and doing 30 Toe 2 Bars followed by 30 Barbell front rack lunges and 30 Bar facing Burpees, if the athlete completes those movements before the 12-mintue cap, he or she will use the remaining time to find his/her 1 RM of a complex of 1 Squat Clean, 1 Hang Squat Clean and 1 Split Jerk.

For the first part of the workout the athlete’s score will be the time it takes to complete the workout or the total number of repetitions completed within the 12-minute time cap for the second part of the workout the score is the highest total weight of a successful attempt in the complex

1 Power Clean

 

This workout begins with the athlete standing tall and not touching any equipment, rig and a loaded barbell are in full view.

At the call of “3-2-1 … go,” the athlete will pick up the rope and perform 200 Single Unders before moving to the pull up bar and doing 30 Knees To Elbow followed by 30 Barbell front rack lunges and 30 Burpees facing bar, if the athlete completes those movements before the 12-mintue cap, he or she will use the remaining time to find his/her 1 RM Power Clean

For the first part of the workout the athlete’s score will be the time it takes to complete the workout or the total number of repetitions completed within the 12-minute time cap for the second part of the workout the score will be the heaviest weight successfully cleaned.

The First Individual Qualifier “EQ18.1” is an 8 Minutes AMRAP:

24 Wallballs

12 Box Jumps

6 Deadlifts

This workout begins with the athlete standing tall and not touching any equipment… The med-ball, wall ball target, box and the barbell must be in full view.

At the call of “3-2-1 … go,” the athlete will pick up the ball and perform 24 Wall Balls before moving to the box and doing 12 Box Jumps followed by 6 Deadlifts. Athletes will continue following this pattern for as many reps as possible within the 8 minutes time cap.

Equipment:

Below equipment applies for the Males/Females 16+ & Males/Females 35+ divisions:

·       Med Ball Weight: 20 / 14 lbs

·       Wall Ball Target Height: 10 / 9 ft

·       Box Height: 60/50 cm (24” / 20”)

·       Bar Total Weight: 100/70 kgs (220/155 lbs)

Scaled Equipment:

Below equipment applies for the Scaled Males/Females 18+ divisions:

·       Med Ball Weight: 20 / 14 lbs
