ELFIT Strongman is an individuals competition for strength enthusiasts that like to put them selves to the test. The challenge will be held on Friday 26 & Saturday 27 of November 2021 during ELFIT CrossFit ® Championship at the New Capital Sports City.

Fees: 30$ (500 EGP)

Prizes

Our partners and sponsors will be giving away valuable prizes and vouchers for each division worth of:

First Place: 3,000 EGP

Second Place: 2,000 EGP

Third Place: 1,000 EGP

Workouts

Test will include but not limited to, Deadlifts, yoke carry, atlas ball, etc..

Any questions about the workouts will be answered during the briefing on the event day
